CHAIRMAN

Jeff’s long-term client relationships are the foundation of the organization’s success. These relationships enabled the expansion of Vela Tech’s footprint to five California locations: Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Monrovia, Orange County, and San Diego. Other offices also include Reston, Virginia; Chicago, Illinois; Seattle, Washington; plus numerous international locals.

Jeff currently leads the Board of Directors for Vela Tech and is part of the overall management of RSBG globally. Jeff is the founder of AlfaTech. Jeff’s 30+ years’ experience in engineering design, development, and project execution totals over $20b worldwide. Vela Tech/AlfaTech is rooted in the high-tech industry through involvement with companies in the start-up phase, as well as large, global technology firms such as Adobe and Cisco Systems

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Vic has over three decades of experience, characterized by his adept handling of corporate strategy, planning and development initiatives, leveraging his solution-focused thought leadership. Mr Sibilla was also instrumental in the recent expansion of the Vela Tech service platform and diversification.

As Chief Executive Officer for Vela Tech, Vic provides strategic focus, leadership, collaboration and guidance to all Vela Tech Holding portfolio entities. Other responsibilities include talent acquisition and client relationships to support corporate organic growth and expansion in North America.

Beyond his executive duties, Vic is a team-centric leader who believes in people, possibilities and win-win outcomes. In addition to his leadership, Vic is a registered Mechanical Engineering professional in 19 states, and has provided global leadership in Australia, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Macau and North America.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

John has more than 25 years of financial and fiscal management experience and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. He has experience with strategic financial planning, including profit/loss, capital financing, cash flow operations, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements. John has provided leadership and coordination in the administrative, human resources, budgeting, and project management efforts for companies. He has been the lead in M&A transactions, from initial due diligence to transition close. He also has extensive knowledge of accounting system conversions, and has developed and implemented finance, billing, operational and auditing procedures. He has a passion for mentoring and elevating the knowledge and dedication of all team members to perform at the highest level collectively.

SR. PRINCIPAL, CORPORATE BRANDING & MARKETING

An industry veteran, Elizabeth brings two decades of branding, business development strategy and marketing expertise to shape Vela Tech and its portfolio of companies. She liaises with our international partners to create opportunities across all companies. Elizabeth provides leadership in new business development locally and worldwide, with overall responsibility for Vela Tech’s portfolio of companies, AlfaTech US, as well as the firm’s numerous international locales. Elizabeth ensures strong, trusted client relationships, forages new opportunities and creates avenues to develop creative new business opportunities.

In his role as Director of Business Development for Vela Tech and its affiliated companies, Cameron offers a distinctive blend of longstanding client relationships and marketing.
